The raised sleeper beds were built for a nursery in Burnley by our Landscapers. The sleepers used are new, French Oak sleepers. They are a hard wood sleeper making them more durable. They have been designed in shapes to make them interesting for the children. At the moment they are filled with soil, ready for planting but are designed so different materials can be put in such, as sand and water to give variety to their play.
The artificial grass is verde turf, a very realistic product that is designed for play areas. Shock absorbing pads have been used under certain parts of the artificial grass where slides are to be put for a soft landing.
